Ce rendez-vous unique est destiné aux personnes qui viennent de vivre une expérience difficile : une mauvaise nouvelle, une déception, une peur ou un incident difficile (critique). Il n'est pas nécessaire d'être un client régulier pour utiliser ce service. This one-time appointment is in the event that you've just experienced something difficult; a bad news, a disappointment, a scared or a difficult (critical) incident. You don't have to be a regular client to use this service.
Politique d'annulation
48 hours notice is required for cancellation. If the client cancels with less than 48 hours notice, a $35 cancellation fee is charged and the client may not receive another session until this fee is paid. Cancellations are done online via the confirmation email the client receives when booking the appointment. Please do not delete these confirmation emails. No-show appointments are charged the full rate for the session missed and the client may not receive another session until this fee is paid. After 2 no-show appointments, the client will be referred out.
